Meet
Kiosha Forston

A wife, mother, and health information management professional for over 20 years, Kiosha has struggled with her weight for most of her life. It is said: “The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” Kiosha’s first step was enrolling in water aerobics. She crawled before she walked, she walked before she ran and has not stopped running since. In seven months she dropped 50 pounds but gained a new lease on life. Now her life includes: intermittent fasting, meal planning and preparation, cardiovascular activities, strength training and a strong desire to share her journey with others.
